This means you should consider the option to buy the refurbished computer and upgrade your Dell to the new version.
You can also install Windows using a third party software.
This method is also much more cost-effective.
You have to purchase Windows on the Dell machine and then install it on a PC running Windows 10.
The process is similar to installing Windows 7 on a computer running Windows 8.1.
You just have to download the Windows installer on the PC, configure your Dell computers operating system, and install it.
You will also need to restart the Dell computers Windows computer to make the Windows install work properly.
