When I Go To My PC, I Do What I Want
Lenovo has been criticized for its “social-media-centric” PC designs, with the company’s latest model having a sleek design that doesn’t offer a lot of connectivity options.
The new Lenovo ThinkPad X240t is the first laptop with an 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor, a 12.5″ Full HD screen, and a 256GB SSD.
The ThinkPad’s screen measures 2560×1600 pixels, and the laptop comes with an Intel HD Graphics 530 graphics card.
Lenovo says the X240s can run games at 1080p resolution, which is good for the most part, but the laptop’s performance is still limited by the integrated graphics.
Lenovo offers a full list of options for the laptop in the box.
The laptop’s display measures 25 60 inches.
It comes with a 13.3″ full HD display.
The ThinkPadX240t has a 13″ FullHD display, a 256 GB SSD, a quad-core Intel Core processor, and an Intel Iris Pro graphics processor.
Lenovo lists the ThinkPad as having “up to 4.4 GHz dual-core processor” for gaming and “up-to 10.6 GHz dual core processor” in office and entertainment.
The Lenovo ThinkPads 8th and 10th generations are known for their “social media-centric design,” which means the laptop doesn’t have many connectivity options, and it doesn’t even have a keyboard.
Lenovo’s latest models offer Bluetooth connectivity and USB-C port, but these aren’t standard features on laptops.
The laptops only come with Ethernet ports and Bluetooth.
Lenovo doesn’t list a price for the Lenovo X240T.
Lenovo has yet to make a formal announcement for the new laptop, but expect to see it at retail later this month.
