Why the Mac may be a smart bet for retailers
Computers are a great bet for online retailers who need to focus on attracting shoppers to their sites, and as Mac sales surge, the Mac could be a way to do that.
“The Mac has always been a great platform for online shopping,” said Mark Coker, head of global digital at consultancy firm Forrester.
“It is going to continue to grow, and it’s going to get better.”
The Mac may not be a perfect fit for everyone, but it does have some compelling advantages that many retailers would struggle to replicate.
The Mac is a desktop computer, which means it has no built-in operating system or apps.
It also has very limited RAM, and can only support 16GB of memory.
But its popularity has been growing for years, and the Mac is becoming a popular choice among online retailers, especially as they search for a way of increasing their sales.
“It’s a really powerful platform that allows online retailers to get to scale quickly,” said Forrest Coker.
“[With] Macs, you can get a lot of things done with minimal effort and a lot less maintenance.
That’s a pretty powerful thing.”
While it may not match the convenience of a traditional computer, it is an ideal platform for small businesses who can hire the help of a dedicated staff and rely on online sales, according to Forreister.
The Mac’s high-speed graphics card means it can run a web page for two minutes, and that means online retailers can scale quickly.
“They can get more customers and get more business than they could in a store, so the Mac has a huge potential,” said Coker of the Mac.
“You can’t replicate that with a traditional PC.”
There is also a lot more flexibility in the Mac than other traditional computers.
The Mac has two USB ports, two Ethernet ports, and a video-out port.
If you need a PC that is not available in Australia, you could try the Dell XPS 13 for $499.
It is an ultraportable laptop that can run most applications, but with a more limited RAM and storage capacity.
It can also support up to 256GB of RAM.
The XPS is still not available here in Australia.
Another major Mac advantage is its ability to be installed on a range of hardware platforms.
For instance, Macs can be installed onto the Dell Precision 15.3 laptop that was the winner of a $100,000 prize at CES.
It also has a Thunderbolt port for USB-C, which is a way for Macs to connect to devices like tablets and smartphones.
The difference between the Mac and the Dell laptop is that Dell offers two laptops for $2,000 each, while Macs cost $5,000.
There are also a range, such as the Dell Alienware 15 with Intel’s Core i7 processor and 256GB SSD, that can be found for about $2 million.
Dell also offers a range with a Core i5-6600U and 256 GB SSD for $1,999.
The Dell Xps 13 with Intel Core i3 processor, 256GB hard drive, and Thunderbolt ports is currently available for $799.
While it does not support Thunderbolt 2, it does offer USB-A 3.1 Type-C connectivity for charging a smartphone or tablet.
The Apple Macbook Pro 13 is a high-performance laptop that has an Intel Core m3-6Y75 processor and 512GB of solid state storage, and has a 1TB SSD.
Macs can also be purchased from Macworld Australia for $6,999, and they are available for the same price as Dell computers.
Macs also come in a range that is more expensive than Dell’s, such a the Dell EeeBook X500 for $999.
This Dell laptop has a 13.3-inch screen, a 1,366×768 resolution, a touchscreen, and Intel’s Broadwell-E processor.
Both the Dell and Mac laptops come with two USB-Cs and Thunderbolt 3 ports.
Dell laptops are also available in two configurations: the Eeebook Pro 11.6-inch and the EteeBook Pro 11-inch.
Like Dell laptops, the Dell laptops come in both white and black options, but there are two other colours available: red and silver.
All of the Dell Mac laptops, save the 13.6 MacBook Pro, come in 13-inch configurations, and all of the MacBook Pro models have an IPS display.
The MacBook Pro 13 has an IPS screen and a 1.8GHz quad-core Intel Core M processor.
Mac laptops also come with optional keyboards, but they are usually available in black and white or in a choice of three colours.
Dells laptops also offer a range to choose from: the Dell Inspiron 15 7000 and the Inspiron 12 7000.
Both laptops have a 13-incher and 256-
