The new iPad will be called the iPad Pro
New Scientist article The iPad Pro, the first new tablet Apple released in years, is set to debut in stores on Monday, December 18th.
It is expected to sell for $1,499 (£749).
But the company is not planning to sell the new iPad as a tablet, it is instead focusing on selling it as a gaming computer, which is where it will land in the US.
Apple is aiming to use the tablet to “bring the power of the iPad into people’s hands”, said Steve Jobs, Apple’s founder and chief executive in a video statement posted on the company’s YouTube channel.
The iPad Pro will also include support for gaming, which it will do by providing a dedicated “gamification” app for Mac and Windows.
This will allow people to use a Mac or Windows game to learn the skills needed to master the game, or play a new game, and then test their skill levels.
The app will be available to download for free from the App Store.
This new iPad, which was launched on November 22nd, will be sold in a variety of configurations.
The latest model will have a 10.7-inch screen, an Intel Core i7 processor, 4GB RAM, a 256GB SSD and an 11.6-inch display.
The new iPad Pro comes in three colors: silver, gold and black, and it will cost $999 (£769).
The new version of the Apple iPad Pro includes a new “Retina” display, a touch-sensitive keyboard and the ability to make Siri voice control commands.
This is a major upgrade to the iPad 2, which launched in 2012.
The Retina display has a pixel density of 320 pixels per inch, a resolution of 2048×1536, and is designed to give users more pixels than their previous iPads.
The display will be a 5-inch full-HD, full-colour option, and will be able to display text, graphics, music and video.
Apple’s new iPad also has a larger battery than previous versions, with a 5,200mAh battery, a 5.5-inch Full HD screen and a 256Gbps SSD, according to Apple.
It also comes with a new Siri voice command that can be used to access specific apps, including games, news, photos and more.
The tablet is set for a November release in the United States.
